Dans ce sens, plusieurs projets ont vu le jour.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un engagement institutionnel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La restauration est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de l\u2019engagement \u00e9cologique de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de restauration affili\u00e9e, Scolarest, est en train de cr\u00e9er un label pour les biod\u00e9chets. Ils poss\u00e8dent 5 \u00e9tablissements pilotes pour mener \u00e0 bien ce projet, dont Notre Dame de Providence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scolarest ( <a href=\"https:\/\/ndp-enghien-restauration.scolarest.fr\/content\/partenaire-et-mecene-de-la-fondation-goodplanet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/ndp-enghien-restauration.scolarest.fr\/content\/partenaire-et-mecene-de-la-fondation-goodplanet<\/a> ) travaille avec la fondation GoodPlanet (qui a pour but de placer l\u2019\u00e9cologie au c\u0153ur des consciences et de susciter l\u2019envie d\u2019agir concr\u00e8tement pour la Terre et ses habitants &#8211; <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.goodplanet.org\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.goodplanet.org\/fr\/<\/a>). L\u2019ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e8ves du niveau 5e est impliqu\u00e9 mais \u00e9galement une classe de 4e et de 3e. Par exemple, le groupe de 4<sup>e<\/sup>4 r\u00e9alise une pes\u00e9e des biod\u00e9chets produits chaque matin. Ensuite, ces m\u00eames \u00e9l\u00e8ves cr\u00e9ent un tableau de mani\u00e8re hebdomadaire et comparent les r\u00e9sultats obtenus \u00e0 ceux de la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Ces biod\u00e9chets sont recycl\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise Bionerval (<a href=\"https:\/\/refood.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/refood.fr<\/a>\/) qui les valorise en produisant du compost, du biogaz et de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou sont utilis\u00e9s en tr\u00e8s petite quantit\u00e9 pour notre potager. De plus, une collaboration avec le cuisinier et une di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne est mise en place afin d\u2019adapter les menus de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les biod\u00e9chets tout en garantissant un \u00e9quilibre nutritionnel. En outre, certains \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont fait des recettes avec des aliments normalement perdus (sauce tomate quand les fruits sont \u00ab\u00a0trop\u00a0\u00bb m\u00fbrs, beignets pour les bananes dans le m\u00eame cas etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 4<sup>e<\/sup>4 ne sont pas les seuls \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans cet enjeu majeur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 moderne. Par exemple, une classe de Troisi\u00e8me travaille sur comment r\u00e9duire le gaspillage \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la cha\u00eene de consommation (agriculteur, transports, grandes surfaces puis consommateur), le but \u00e9tant donc de cr\u00e9er\/trouver des solutions pour r\u00e9duire ce probl\u00e8me de gaspillage alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement se f\u00e9licite par ailleurs d\u2019avoir re\u00e7u une nouvelle fois le label Eco-Ecole, organisme qui d\u00e9cerne des labels pour les \u00e9tablissements engag\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9veloppement durable (<a href=\"https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/actus\/2021\/11\/eco-ecole-college-lycee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/actus\/2021\/11\/eco-ecole-college-lycee\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement Notre-Dame Providence s\u2019inscrit depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans un projet de sensibilisation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves concernant la cause \u00e9cologique.
