{"id":4630,"date":"2024-10-02T10:46:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-02T08:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/?p=4630"},"modified":"2024-10-18T10:58:17","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T08:58:17","slug":"raid-des-collegiens-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/index.php\/2024\/10\/02\/raid-des-collegiens-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Raid des coll\u00e9giens 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Le mercredi 2 octobre 2024 se d\u00e9roulait \u00e0 la base de Cergy Pontoise le 17e raid des coll\u00e9giens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coll\u00e8ge Notre-Dame Providence pr\u00e9sentait comme depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es une \u00e9quipe performante qui visait une belle place au podium. En effet, cette \u00e9quipe \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves tr\u00e8s actifs au sein de l&rsquo;association sportive raid du coll\u00e8ge et de sportifs aguerris ayant particip\u00e9s aux championnats de France de triathlon l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re avec le coll\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arriv\u00e9e sur place la m\u00e9t\u00e9o n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas encourageante avec quelques gouttes de pluie et des pr\u00e9paratifs dans le froid de la base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un rapide d\u00e9fil\u00e9 des drapeaux, toutes les \u00e9quipes se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sur la premi\u00e8re des 12 \u00e9preuves de la journ\u00e9e. Ce raid des coll\u00e9giens consistant \u00e0 encha\u00eener une douzaine d&rsquo;\u00e9preuves sportives et donc \u00e0 courir plus de 10 km en moins de 04h00.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"526\" height=\"775\" src=\"http:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/affiches-2024.1725449318-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4647 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/affiches-2024.1725449318-1.jpg 526w, https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/affiches-2024.1725449318-1-204x300.jpg 204w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 526px) 100vw, 526px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Image5-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4635 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Image5-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Image5-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ndp-enghien.org\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Image5.jpg 1040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve de VTT, \u00e9preuve qui n&rsquo;a pas pos\u00e9 de difficult\u00e9 et nous sommes m\u00eame sortis imm\u00e9diatement premier du groupe avec lequel nous \u00e9tions partis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons encha\u00een\u00e9, ensuite, diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9preuves dont de la course d&rsquo;orientation, un d\u00e9fi Raid police, de l&rsquo;escalade puis nous sommes arriv\u00e9s sur une partie des activit\u00e9s aquatiques. Un relais en p\u00e9dalo a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 rapidement puis nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du rafting tr\u00e8s redout\u00e9e car assez difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 quelques sueurs froides nous avons pass\u00e9 cette \u00e9preuve tr\u00e8s rapidement pour encha\u00eener par des derni\u00e8res \u00e9preuves notamment avec du cano\u00eb-kayak, une course sur un Big paddle g\u00e9ant et du disque golf.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Le rythme \u00e9tait soutenu m\u00eame si quelques \u00e9l\u00e8ves commen\u00e7aient \u00e0 peiner, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe est rest\u00e9e solidaire pour franchir la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e deuxi\u00e8me au scratch. Mais nous savions que des bonifications \u00e9taient possibles sur les \u00e9preuves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons donc attendu avec impatience des r\u00e9sultats sachant que nous devions bien figurer en regard d&rsquo;une course bien men\u00e9e.
